We're unstoppable!

How was your week? The Design Engineers Club is unstoppable! We’ve surpassed 400 Discord members and are steadily marching toward 500. I’m confident we’ll hit this milestone by the end of the year—and you can help us get there by forwarding this to a friend!

Last week, we launched Enroll, and it’s been amazing to see new Enrolls being created every day. The feeling is priceless! This week, we’ve been focused on streamlining the onboarding experience for Dopler, making it easier for creators to access all their resources in one place. I have to say, the login page looks 🔥🔥🔥! Feel free to create your free account and check it out.

We’re also planning some dope updates for Once UI to enhance the developer experience and boost performance. We’re updating <Flex/> to leverage utility classes wherever possible, resulting in fewer inline styles and a smaller DOM size. We’re also exposing Flex props on components where it makes sense and adding exciting new effects components. This will be one of our most significant updates yet, so stay tuned!

This update sets the stage for us to create more practical, ready-to-use templates. Magic Portfolio has been one of our most successful projects, and it’s no surprise—why hassle all day fine-tuning prompts when you can have a fully functional solution in minutes? Just update a config file and you're good to go. That’s exactly the approach we aim to replicate with our other projects. We’d love to hear your ideas for templates you’d like us to create next!

On a personal note, I recently came across a video by PewDiePie where he talks about his challenge of drawing every day for a year. It really struck a chord with me. A small step each day can help build a habit that grows into something amazing over time. Don’t wait for the perfect moment, and don’t expect instant results. Just do it for the joy of it—to break out of the routine of adulthood and have fun!

And finally, while owning a Design Engineers hoodie isn’t a requirement to be a true design engineer, it certainly helps make a statement—and keeps you warm and cozy. 😉
