We have a window (but it won’t last long)

Remember early Facebook? It felt like a revolution—connect with friends, share ideas freely, stay in the loop.

Fast forward a decade—social media became a weapon. Algorithm manipulation, propaganda, content suppression. Everything serves an agenda now.

Right now, AI is open, unbiased, and accessible.

Right now, indie makers, developers, and small teams can build and ship software that competes with billion-dollar companies.

But that won’t last. AI is doomed to follow the same trajectory as social media—when? Early signs will be visible as soon as it becomes mainstream.

AI will be increasingly centralized—controlled by the same corporations that once "opened" the internet. Governments will introduce regulation that favors existing power structures. Open models will become restricted, forcing most to rely on corporate APIs with paywalls, limitations and most importantly, biased training.

We’re in the last phase where AI is a tool for us—not a system used against us.

This is our window. The best time to build is now.
